Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain designated modules within the Oracle PeopleSoft ERP system (e.g., HR, Payroll, Benefits, GL, AP, AR, Campus Solutions).
Collaborate with various business departments (HR, Finance, Payroll, Student Affairs, etc.) to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into system solutions.
Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for PeopleSoft users, addressing functional and technical challenges.
Manage system security, user access, and role configurations within PeopleSoft.
Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of PeopleSoft system upgrades (e.g., PUM updates), patches, and new module implementations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials.
Create and modify reports using PeopleSoft reporting tools (e.g., PeopleSoft Query, BI Publisher) to meet business intelligence needs.
Facilitate data integrity and data clean-up initiatives within the PeopleSoft environment.
Liaise with Oracle support and third-party vendors for complex technical issues and system enhancements.
On-call rotations will be likely during evenings and weekend. Must be flexible to travel onsite to client site up to 10%.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of work exp
Minimum of 4+ years experience in Healthcare IT role
Minimum 4 years of experience in PeopleSoft
HS Diploma / GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Epic
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
